(USD) Let's Solve 8 Decluttering Roadblocks Together!

Thank you for being a part of Mission Possible. I'm looking forward to meeting again in May. I kind request that you do not share this gift of videos with anyone else as it's meant only for those in MP who have missed out on calls with me for March and April due to my stroke.

I'm looking forward to learning and growing togather again soon.
Big love,

Decluttering: How To Get Started

It’s great to start from the top and develop some very basic healthy habits that I like to call conquering and defending. We’re not talking about marathon cleaning. I don’t want you to burn out and quit. Slow and steady really does win the decluttering race.

The Myth of Motivation:

Do you feel like you can never get started because your body and brain simply won’t commit to the project? Do you feel defeated before you even get started? Then this video is for you! I’ve got some great tips on busting the myths about motivation and why we can actually be productive without having to wait for motivation to show up!

Conquering Horizontal Spaces:

Do the horizontal spaces in your home tend to be a clutter magnet? Does it feel like when you leave one random item out, it invites other random friends to join it and next thing you know the space is covered? This is a very common issue for so many people and you’re not alone! I have some interesting ideas on how reframing how you look at your space can be a big game changer in keeps those spaces clear!

Dealing with anxiety and overwhelm:

The majority of people who work with me are those that struggle with anxiety and overwhelm. It can feel like you’re alone in a deep bit of feelings that feel too big to process and so you shut down and give up. I can offer you new skill sets to help you climb out of the pit, face your space and start feeling capable and empowered! This is a video you don’t want to miss

Letting Go When Grief is Involved

Given my background as a grief and trauma therapist, I work with a lot of people who have survived great losses. They’ve lost parents, spouses, siblings and children. They struggle to let go of things attached to the people they love or they feel like they’re under pressure to keep everything ever gifted or inherited because letting go feels like the memories will disappear. I have so much compassion for those of you who find yourself in this space. Let’s explore some new ways of reframing and learning what letting go and healing can look like.

Embracing B- Work

Are you a perfectionist? Maybe you’re someone who plans things out in your head and if you feel like you can’t make your space match the way you envision it, you feel like it’s not worth trying? Or maybe you grew up in a house where what you did never felt good enough. There is a huge gift in realizing the power of B- work. That something done is better than nothing at all and all of the choices and freedom it gives us as we declutter our space.

The Power of Having Choices

Are you someone who looks at your space, and you see all of the decisions that you need to make, and it makes you want to throw up your hands and walk away? I have got a powerful reframe for you that is a game changer when it comes to our decluttering journey! What if I could teach you why having the power of choices can empower us! It doesn’t need to be something that makes us feel like we’re drowning. I’ll teach you how to let the decision process serve you!

Less Is More On Your To Do List

I have to admit that I have been the queen of the mile long to do list because it made me feel like I was organized and had some kind of control on the chaos that was happening in my house. Then I experienced a huge ah-ha moment that it wasn’t serving me in the ways that I thought it was and it was actually making my decluttering journey harder! I won’t tell you to do anything drastic like give up your to do list entirely because I think they’re very useful! But I can teach you how to rework it so that it’s working for you and you don’t get so stuck in the planning that you forget about the execution of the work.
